Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the Global Meet on Nursing & Health Care 2027 (GMNHC 2027). By registering for the conference, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Registration Policy
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.
2. Payment Terms
Registration fees must be paid in full before the applicable deadline. All bank charges, currency conversion fees, and transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant from the same organization may attend with prior written approval from the organizing committee.
4. Abstract Submission
All submitted abstracts must represent original work. Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and ethical standards of their submitted research.
5. Conference Program
AquaMeet reserves the right to modify the scientific program, speakers, session schedules, venue, or conference format whenever necessary without prior notice.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the conference. Any inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Photography & Recording
Photographs, video recordings, and conference sessions may be recorded for promotional and educational purposes. Attendance implies consent for such use unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
Authors retain ownership of their research. However, AquaMeet may publish accepted abstracts, presentation titles, and conference materials in proceedings, promotional materials, or conference websites.
9. Limitation of Liability
AquaMeet shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, travel disruptions, visa refusal, accommodation issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing registration for GMNHC 2027, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
