GMNH 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payments
 All participants must complete the official registration process through the GMNH
2026 website or authorized representatives.
 Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
 Early bird, standard, and onsite registration fees apply as per announced deadlines.
 Registration fees are non-transferable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
 Written cancellation requests received before April 30, 2026: 50% refund.
 Cancellations after May 1, 2026: no refunds.
 Substitutions (name change of delegate) are allowed until May 20, 2026 with prior
notice.
 In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster,
pandemic, government restrictions), organizers will provide virtual participation
access or partial refund at their discretion.

3. Abstracts & Presentations
 Abstracts must be the original work of the submitting author(s).
 Plagiarism, falsification, or copyright violations will result in immediate rejection.
 Presenters are responsible for the accuracy of their data and references.
 The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject or reassign
abstracts/presentations.

4. Sponsorships & Exhibitions
 Sponsorship packages are confirmed only upon full payment.
 Exhibitors must adhere to venue guidelines, booth setup deadlines, and safety
regulations.
 Organizers are not liable for loss or damage of exhibitor property.

5. Liability & Insurance

 Participants are advised to arrange their own health, travel, and personal insurance.
 The organizers (Aqua Meet) will not be held responsible for personal injuries, loss,
or damage during travel or participation in the event.

6. Code of Conduct
 All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior.
 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal
from the event without refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
 By registering, participants consent to the use of their personal data (name, email,
affiliation) for conference communications.
 Photos and recordings may be used for promotional and educational purposes.
 Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law
 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes shall
be settled under Italian jurisdiction.
